When I was seven years old, I remember seeing my Dad chop a carrot very quickly and thinking “Whooahh! How did he do that?!” And thus began my love affair with the culinary arts. Despite familial and societal opposition I decided to attend hospitality school , before being lucky enough to enroll at Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY.

After graduating I worked at Four Seasons for some time before making the leap of moving to Tampa and opening a first food truck. The Twisted Indian, my passion project, was born soon afterwards. We serve Indian fusion cuisine inspired by the best of the Western and Indian palates. We also cater to all tastes—American, Italian, French, Indian, whatever you like! I take great pleasure in continually enhancing my scope.  I’ve enjoyed enhancing my skills, and traveled to  Italy, China, Thailand, Mexico and Indian in pursuit  of expanding my culinary horizons.

We’d love to see you at one of our gigs, or you can come see us every Saturday at the St. Petersburg Saturday Morning Market.
